What you'll need:

  • All order forms (make sure each form contains the student's name and total items sold.)
  • Your pin code will be sent to you via email approximately 1 week before your sale is scheduled to end and again via text a day or two before your scheduled sale end date. If you cannot find it email:
  • A ruler or straight edge, highlighter, pen, or pencil.

Logging In:

Go to:

  • Type in your 6 digit FC # (located on catalog) and pin #
  • Once logged in, you will be taken to the Fan Cloth “Before You Submit Your Order” page (shown below):

  • You are now at the “Final Order Submission” page, where you will enter the information for your order
  • Confirm that the artwork shown matches the catalog & online store used to run your program


Entering the order forms:

  • Grab your first student order form (you should alphabetize these) and select the "View or Add Forms" box
  • A white box will appear. Any online orders will be listed. Check to see if seller has an existing form from online sales. If yes, click the green “+Add More Items” Button. If they do not have an online order, click on the “+Add New Student” Button on the bottom left of the screen.
  • Next, select “+Add Line” and a blank line will appear.

  • Using your ruler, or straight edge, find the first item ordered on the student form
  • Enter recipient name, if applicable. Next, select the item # ordered from the 1st dropdown box, followed by the size and then any personalization (if ordered.)
  • Note: You will not be able to edit any online orders, since they are paid in full. Online orders will be designated by a lock icon with “online order” beneath it.
  • Below is how the example order above will look on the online form

  • Once you've completed the entry for the first item, select "+ Add Line" and repeat the process until all the items for that seller are entered.
  • Once all items for that seller have been entered, click "Save".
  • Note: If the seller qualifies for a free incentive, you will need to enter the item and size in the top right corner of form.
  • As each student form is added, the information bar on the right side of the screen will automatically update with the following information:

          Money Raised: This figure will let you know exactly how much money you have raised for your program

          Total Items: This number is the sum of the items sold by all sellers

  • Note: Once you save the seller's order, it will remain saved to your online form until your final order has been submitted. In addition, you will have the ability to edit all the seller’s forms up until the moment you submit your final order (with the exception of any prepaid orders entered.)


  • The Coaches incentives are unlocked based on the total number of items sold.

Please Note: You will be able to choose your coach incentive as soon as the order becomes eligible. Refer to your Fan Cloth Playbook (provided with your catalogs) for more information.


  • Once ALL information on the online portal has been completed, please take a moment to go over a few final checkpoints to make sure that everything on your order matches up.

  • Now that you've confirmed that seller’s forms, items, earned incentives, and totals are correct and are absolutely, positively sure that you are ready to submit your final order, go ahead and select "Finalize Order"
  • By selecting “Finalize Order” you are agreeing to a custom merchandise order through Fan Cloth. Clicking “Finalize Order” is also agreeing to no additions or changes on orders after submission.

Once you've submitted your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email on file, and will include information about some of our new features, including:

  • An easy to read breakdown of your entire order submission!
  • A link to print out sellers forms, exactly as they were entered by you as well as online store sales!
  • If your order requires pre-payment “Shipping to a non school address” or you are a booster club program, you will need to pay before the order goes to production. If not, your invoice will be sent to you when products ship.
